Which culminated in a desire to No.thing. 

Except put something on Netflix and peruse social media

Y’all…I’ve been struggling a bit lately

And after talking with fellow entrepreneurs, friends, and clients I can tell you…

I’m not the only one. 

Then, last week, I saw a post online from Professor Aisha Ahmad of the University of Toronto. And I found hope.  

You see Professor Ahmad pointed out that in any sustained crisis that she’s experienced (which are many) there is always a 6 month wall BUT there is also the other side of the wall–and it’s coming.  

We are at that 6 month wall right now in this pandemic (nevermind the rest of the #2020shitshow). 

So, I wanted to check in with you. 

How are you doing? 

Now, more than ever, it’s important to feel connection and, if you’re feeling the same way as I have been, I want you to know 2 things:
